Imgupscaler.ai offers a completely free plan with no sign-up required. Free users get daily free credits for both images and videos, allowing them to test upscaling, enhancement, restoration, and other AI features without cost.
Subscription Plans auto-renew monthly and offer a lower cost per credit. One-Time Payment credit packs do not auto-renew and typically never expire, making them ideal for casual users or those with irregular workloads. If you have a large-volume processing requirement, you’re welcome to contact us directly. For bulk credit purchases, we can provide a customized discount based on the amount.
Yes. If you no longer wish to continue your subscription, click your account avatar and select 'Cancel Subscription' to complete the cancellation. Your remaining credits and paid cycle will remain valid until the current billing period ends.
For subscription users: To avoid confusion, each account can only subscribe to one plan per month. If your credits run out before the renewal date, you may purchase additional One-Time Payment credit packs or wait for next month's refresh. If your current plan cannot meet your needs, you may cancel it and upgrade to a higher-tier subscription. For non-subscription users: You can subscribe to a plan or purchase additional One-Time Payment credit packs anytime.
No. Once a subscription plan or One-Time Payment credit pack is purchased, we do not support unreasonable refund requests such as dissatisfaction with results. We offer generous free usage so users can fully test features before purchasing. Refunds are only issued in cases of confirmed product malfunction that causes loss.
Credits are refreshed based on the exact date you begin your subscription. For example, if you subscribe on October 5, your first credit allocation is issued on October 5 and remains valid until November 4. Credits must be used within this validity period; any unused credits will automatically expire after the cycle ends. Your next allocation will refresh on November 5, valid until December 4, and so on for each monthly cycle.
After completing your payment, please refresh the page. Due to browser caching, newly purchased credits may not display immediately. Refreshing will usually update your balance. If credits still do not appear, please contact us at [email protected] and our team will resolve the issue promptly.
Yes. Imgupscaler.ai uses encrypted payment processing, and your images and videos are processed privately. Uploaded files are automatically deleted shortly after enhancement and are never shared.
